Simple summary: MyQRCode is a free app with an annual subscription (R$ 29.90/year, 7-day free trial). QR Codes are generated on your device — your data never leaves your iPhone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyQRCode, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License of Use

MyQRCode is free to download and use. The My QR PRO subscription (R$ 29.90/year) grants access to premium features while active, including:

Ad removal
Advanced customization of colors, styles, and logos
All QR Code types available
Use on all Apple devices linked to the same Apple ID

3. Subscription and Payment

Free version: free download, with ads and limited features.
My QR PRO: R$ 29.90/year (auto-renewable subscription), 7-day free trial.
Payment: processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. The developer does not have access to your payment data.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: you can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
Refunds: follow Apple's refund policy. The developer does not process refunds directly. To request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. QR Code Generation

All QR Codes are generated directly on the device. No data is sent to external servers. Processing is 100% local.

5. QR Code Types

MyQRCode allows you to generate QR Codes for:

URLs and links
WhatsApp
Phone
Email
Plain text
Location (GPS)
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Threads)

6. No Warranty for Readability

The developer does not guarantee that generated QR Codes will be readable on all readers or devices. Readability depends on several factors: image size, contrast, print quality, reader type, and lighting conditions. Always test the QR Code before distributing.

7. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content encoded in the QR Codes. The developer is not responsible for malicious URLs, incorrect information, or any misuse of the generated QR Codes.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyQRCode is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for:

QR Codes unreadable on certain readers or under certain conditions
User-encoded content in QR Codes
Loss of saved QR Codes due to device failure, uninstallation, or system restoration
Direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the application

9. Intellectual Property

The name "MyQRCode", its visual identity, logo, and source code are property of DGP Propaganda. The purchase of the application does not transfer intellectual property rights — only the license of use described in section 2.

10. Termination

The license is valid as long as you keep the application on your devices. The developer may terminate these terms if there is a violation (e.g., reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The revision date will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Cuiabá, MT, are elected to resolve any issues arising from these terms.
