Simple summary: RotasSemLimites is a paid application (one-time purchase of USD 4.99). By purchasing, you receive a lifetime license to use the app on all your Apple devices linked to the same account. Future major versions (2.0, 3.0) may be charged separately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RotasSemLimites application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License of Use

The purchase of RotasSemLimites grants you a lifetime, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the application, including:

Personal or professional use (commercial route planning, deliveries, technical visits).
Use on all Apple devices linked to the same Apple ID (iPhone, iPad, Mac with Apple Silicon).
Minor updates (1.x) — bug fixes and small improvements — included at no additional cost.

3. Price and Payment

Price: USD 4.99 (one-time purchase).
Payment: processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. The developer does not have access to your payment data.
Refunds: follow Apple's refund policy. The developer does not process refunds directly. To request, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Major versions (2.0, 3.0, etc.): may be offered as a new application or as a separate purchase, at the developer's discretion. Significant updates with new features may require a new payment.

4. Application Features

RotasSemLimites offers:

Creation and management of routes with multiple stops.
Address search via Apple Maps (requires internet connection).
Spreadsheet import (.xlsx, .csv).
Route optimization using TSP algorithm (Nearest Neighbor + 2-opt).
Navigation via Waze, Google Maps, or Apple Maps.
CarPlay and Live Activities (Dynamic Island) integration.

5. Distances and Routes — Important Notice

Distances displayed in the application are estimates. The calculation uses the Haversine formula (straight-line distance on the Earth's sphere). Actual road distances may be significantly longer. The application does not consider roads, traffic, tolls, or road conditions. Always verify the route in the navigation app before starting your journey.

6. Driving Safety

Do not operate the application while driving. Set up your routes before starting the vehicle or ask a passenger to do so. Road safety is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

RotasSemLimites is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for:

Inaccuracies in coordinates, addresses, or distances.
Temporary unavailability of Apple services (MapKit, MKLocalSearch).
Data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or system restoration.
Direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the application.

8. Intellectual Property

The name "RotasSemLimites," its visual identity, logo, and source code are property of DGP Propaganda. The purchase of the application does not transfer intellectual property rights — only the license of use described in section 2.

9. Termination

The license is valid as long as you keep the application on your devices. The developer may terminate these terms if there is a violation (e.g., reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The revision date will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of Cuiabá, MT, are elected to resolve any issues arising from these terms.
